What would you do The Financial Spreading Analyst is responsible for analyzing and spreading borrower and property financial statements into standardized financial models to support credit underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and lending decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret commercial real estate and business financial statements.The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this businessA process by which a company (mortgage bank, servicing firm, etc.) collects interest, principal and escrow payments from a borrower.This includes sending monthly payment statements and collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments and balances, collecting and paying taxes and insurance (and managing escrow and impound funds), remitting funds to the note holder, and following up on delinquencies.
