Bank Operations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Banking Operations Division, ensuring smooth financial coordination between the company, customers, and banking institutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee the companys day-to-day banking and financial operations, including the reconciliation of transactions.
• Coordinate with multiple banks and financial institutions for home loan tie-ups, project funding, and EMI schemes.
• Supervise fund flow management, and banking documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven leadership experience in banking operations, financial coordination, or loan management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate financial processes, loan documentation, and project financing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
