Bank Operations Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and maintenance of accurate records.
• Oversee back office functions, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure seamless integration with other departments.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in back office operations, branch operations, or similar roles.
