Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and expand the banks customer base in alignment with AU Small Finance Banks objectives.
- Identify potential clients and conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during sales and service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve customer queries efficiently.
