Job Brief:- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and service excellence within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
• Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives to expand the bank's customer base.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to customers, aligning products with their individual needs and financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all sales and service activities, maintaining the bank's reputation and operational integrity.
• Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for junior staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt sales strategies.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers, ensuring all documentation and KYC processes are accurately completed.
