Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and microfinance customers to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Achieve sales targets for various financial products including loans, deposits, and insurance within the MFIB segment.
- Conduct detailed customer profiling and needs analysis to recommend suitable products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions and service requests while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on loan applications, disbursements, and repayments to maintain portfolio quality.
- Educate customers on digital banking platforms and promote their adoption to enhance service efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
