Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve microfinance and banking product targets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Conduct detailed customer assessments to recommend suitable loan products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
