Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch targets and expand the bank's market share in the microfinance and banking segment.
- Identify and acquire new customers by promoting the bank's financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions that align with customers' financial goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk management procedures in all sales and service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
