Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives to expand the banks customer base.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to customers, aligning products with their individual needs and financial goals.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all sales and service activities, maintaining the banks reputation and operational integrity.
- Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
