Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for credit cards and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
• Build relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention rates.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in business development, banking sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Strong understanding of credit card sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
