Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bancca Insurance role based in Motihari. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank branches and staff to drive sales of ABSLI insurance products, including protection, savings, and retirement solutions. The individual will conduct regular customer meetings, explain product features and benefits, and support customers through the end-to-end policy issuance process. Day-to-day activities include meeting sales and service targets, managing queries and concerns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for training, marketing support, and resolving operational issues to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Insurance and Insurance Brokerage skills, with an understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance operations.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including basic financial planning concepts, analytical ability, and comfort with numbers and reports.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with bank staff and customers, explain products clearly, and handle queries effectively.
• Relevant experience in sales or relationship management within insurance, banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, insurance, or business is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong interpersonal skills and integrity in handling customer information.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Motihari and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
