Bancassurance Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of general insurance products to bank customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field sales role.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance sales principles, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with partners.
