Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance sales activities to achieve targets and grow business.
  
• Develop strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Identify new business prospects through lead generation and conversion strategies.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BFSI sales or related field (preferably in insurance).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (specialization in Advertising/Mass Communication or Marketing preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of banca sales principles, life insurance products, and marketing concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
