Bancassurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and provide coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry and its dynamics.
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with financial institutions.
