Job Responsibilities

• Generate business through the Banca channel by coordinating with bank branches and relationship teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to generate insurance leads.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Follow up on leads, customer queries, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Ensure good customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banca Sales.
• Life Insurance industry background is compulsory.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Candidates with immediate joining availability will be preferred.
