Role & responsibilities

The BAMS Doctor will provide Ayurvedic consultations to patients through a Virtual OPD platform via phone/video calls, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment guidance, and follow-up care.

• Conduct online consultations through video/audio calls or chat
• Assess patient symptoms and medical history remotely
• Provide Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions
• Suggest lifestyle modifications, diet plans, and home remedies
• Maintain digital patient records and consultation notes
• Schedule and conduct follow-up consultations
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy
• Coordinate with pharmacy/logistics teams for medicine dispatch (if applicable)
• Follow standard telemedicine and ethical guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and clinical practice
• Comfortable with virtual consultation tools and software
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple consultations
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
