About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Performing any combination of following duties in Bakery production & display
- Maintenance & Hygiene of Bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
- Timely production of quality products as per the production cycle and plan
- Ability to operate the Bakery equipments
- Customer interaction and satisfaction
- Ensuring continuous availability of range & escalating any production related issues to the Baker
- Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials during production
- Effectively understand, describe and execute recipes
- Adhering to the FIFO method & freshness of products
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be a high school graduate (10th Pass)
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in Bakery/Pastry production
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage
- Bakery & Pastry craft course is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards & quality standards of the products for sale
- Basic knowledge of Bakery ingredients
