Job Summary

Beanberry Caf & Bakery is looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to lead and manage our in-house bakery operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee production of cakes, pastries, cookies, brownies, breads, buns, and other bakery products.
• Develop and standardize recipes to maintain product consistency.
• Monitor product quality, taste, presentation, and freshness.
• Manage bakery inventory, raw material consumption, and wastage control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and supervise bakery staff and assistants.
• Support new product development and seasonal menu innovations.
• Coordinate with caf operations team for daily production planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Head Baker.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Experience in commercial bakery or caf bakery operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily production.
• Creative approach to product development and presentation.
• Strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
