Key Responsibilities

• Production: Bake breads, cakes, cookies, pies, and custom desserts following standard or modern recipes.
• Menu Development: Design seasonal dessert menus, introduce new items, and keep up with baking trends.
• Decoration & Presentation: Artistically glaze, ice, and plate items to make them visually appealing.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor ingredient stock (flour, sugar, dairy) and order supplies within budget.
• Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean workstation and follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and motivate assistant bakers and kitchen helpers.
