Desired Candidate Profile

• 06-2 years of experience in direct sales or related field (insurance sales preferred).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Recruitment & Management: Recruit, build, and manage a strong team of Prahri agents, advisors, or field officers.
• Business Generation: Drive life insurance sales and revenue targets specifically tailored to the defense sector and armed forces personnel.
• Field Activities & Outreach: Conduct recruitment drives, coordinate with defense unit authorities, and organize promotional and educational sales lectures within military or defense locations.
• Training & Development: Train agents on product knowledge, compliance, and effective prospecting or client-conversion habits.
• Target Achievement: Monitor performance metrics and achieve regional or branch-level business goals.

Job Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: Generally requires 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or direct sales backgrounds.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with a defense background or prior experience dealing with armed forces personnel are heavily preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong relationship-building, team recruitment, lead generation, communication, and local travel capabilities.
