Hiring for Process Associate - Non-Voice (Night Shift) | Fresher (2026 Batch Only)

Job Highlights:

• Process: Pure Non-Voice (Backend / Data Processing / Email Support)
• Eligibility: BCom / BBA / BA graduates only (2026 Pass out Batch)
• Work Schedule: 5 Days Working with 2 Fixed Offs
• Shift Timing: US Shift (4:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
• Perks: both-way cab facility provided
• Salary- 21000 CTC -Fresher only
• Interview - 1 round- Virtual

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily non-voice transactions, backend data entry, document validation, and customer query resolutions via email/chat.
• Maintain accurate processing records while meeting daily quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria & Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com, BBA, or BA graduates only (Batch of 2026).
• Note: Technical graduates (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/IT/CS) and postgraduates are strictly not eligible.
• Experience: Freshers (2026 Passouts).
• Communication: Good written English communication skills for non-voice operations.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, typing speed, and attention to detail.
• Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working fixed US shifts (4:00 PM 2:00 AM IST).
• Location & Transport: Candidates residing within standard transport boundaries for Airoli cab routing (2-way cab provided).
