Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Backend Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead coordination, and backend sales support. The candidate will communicate with customers over the phone, maintain records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer requirements.
• Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain customer and call records in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and backend teams for customer requirements.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain regular and accurate reporting of activities.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
• Freshers can apply; telecalling/customer-support experience is an advantage.
