Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for providing backend support to the Bid & Tender team by assisting with tender documentation, online bid submissions, data management, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
- Review tender requirements and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support online bid submissions through government portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
- Collect and coordinate required documents from internal departments.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission records, and bid-related MIS.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, and submission status.
- Assist in preparing quotations, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of tender-related documents.
Candidate Profile
- Male candidates preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 3 years of experience in backend operations, tender support, documentation, or bid management preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering portals will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions.
