Backend Security Engineer AI Training

Work Mode: Remote | Online

Job Type: Part-Time Contract

Hours: Flexible schedule

Compensation:$30+/hour

We are looking for experienced Backend / Security Engineers to work on AI training projects, using real-world engineering expertise to create and evaluate challenging coding tasks for AI systems.

Key Requirements

• Strong backend development in Java, Python, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++ or similar
• Strong understanding of algorithms & data structures
• Experience in bug fixing, feature implementation, code review and performance optimisation
• Experience with scalable services and APIs
• Cybersecurity experience in AppSec, pentesting, vulnerability assessment, secure coding or security reviews is a strong plus

Important: No prior AI experience is required.
