Backend Operations Executive

Elegance Enterprises seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Executive to independently verify sales activities, customer information, site visits, EOIs, and reports to ensure accuracy and prevent false or incorrect reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify sales calls and customer interactions.
• Verify reported site visits with customers and identify false or duplicate entries.
• Verify EOIs, including customer interest, project, unit, amount, and supporting details.
• Conduct customer verification calls to validate sales activities.
• Cross-check customer documents, CRM data, and sales reports.
• Identify discrepancies, incorrect information, duplicate entries, or suspicious activities.
• Maintain daily/weekly audit reports and trackers.
• Coordinate with sales teams to clarify discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Share audit findings and escalations with management.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and irregularities.
