Role Objective

To ensure smooth backend operations, data accuracy, vendor and booking management, and coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Paid Internship with a monthly stipend and opportunity to work closely with the founders.

Successful candidates will be absorbed as Management Trainees in the organization after their internship.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

Maintain vendor database and ensure accurate information.

Verify vendor documents and onboarding details.

Update vendor availability, pricing, and service categories.

Booking & Order Management

Manage end-to-end booking lifecycle in the system.

Ensure accurate entry of booking details.

Track booking confirmations, payments, and status updates.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

Act as a support point for customer and vendor queries.

Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Data Management & MIS Reporting

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Analyze operational data for improvements.

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure all processes follow company SOPs.

Monitor service quality and compliance standards.

Flag discrepancies and take corrective actions.

Payment & Documentation Support

Track payments, invoices, and settlements.

Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Coordinate with finance team when required.

Process Optimization

Identify gaps in operations and suggest improvements.

Work with tech team to improve system efficiency.

Support automation and AI integration initiatives.

Accuracy of data and records.

Turnaround time for bookings and issue resolution.

Customer and vendor satisfaction levels.
