Backend Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications.
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing coding standards, best practices, and testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to improve overall team quality.

Job Requirements :

• 8-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using Spring Boot.
• Experience working on large-scale projects with complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Solid principles for designing scalable and modular systems.
