Backend Lead-Python

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of backend systems, ensuring high-quality code delivery within given timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain REST APIs using Python programming language.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of backend services by monitoring system metrics.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Good experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases – any database experience is acceptable.
• Experience working with any cloud platform – AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI / LLM concepts and experience integrating AI APIs is preferred.
• Good understanding of API integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD is an added advantage.
