Backend Lead - Dotnet

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using .NET Core, C#, Web API, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Design scalable microservices architectures and secure REST APIs.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of backend developers.
• Optimize database performance, application security, and system reliability.
• Implement healthcare integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, and secure data handling.
• Drive technical decisions, code quality, CI/CD, and production issue resolution.

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience with healthcare/EMR systems and HL7/FHIR/XML integrations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data security, and PHI protection.
• Experience leading backend teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
