Backend Executive Procurement

Location: Shenoy Nagar, Chennai

Experience: Fresher / 1 Year Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders and materials.
• Maintain vendor details and procurement data in Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
• Support the Procurement team in backend activities.

Requirements

• Any Degree
• Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up skills and willingness to learn.
