Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of BFSI experience
Good Email Handling skills
Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
Good communication & analytical skills
Experience in backend/operations/customer service preferred

Job Role:
• Handle customer credit data
• Check disputed accounts & inquiries
• Verify and update information
• Analyze data using system tools
• Email handling & backend processing

• No calling completely back-office role
