Backend Executive (GeM and Bid)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
• Review tender requirements and maintain relevant documentation.
• Support online bid submissions through government portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering platforms.
• Collect and coordinate required documents from internal departments.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission records, and bid-related MIS.
• Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, and submission status.
• Assist in preparing quotations, compliance sheets, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of tender-related documents.

Job Requirements :

• Male candidates preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, tender support, documentation, or bid management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and e-tendering portals will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and document management.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions.
