Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build reliable, high-performance applications with clean and maintainable code.
• Develop AI-enabled features and integrate LLMs or AI services where required.
• Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have experience in any one of the following combinations:
• Option 1 Python, FastAPI, and AI/LLM integration.
• Option 2 Python, FastAPI, React.js / JavaScript / Node.js, AI/LLM integration.
• Option 3 Java / Python / Golang, Distributed Systems, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Option 4 Java/Python/Golang, AI/LLM integration, backend development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
