Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• Proven ability to develop resilient code that performs and scales based on application usage.
• 2+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS.
• 2+ years of experience writing batch/cron jobs using Python and Shell scripting.
• 2+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs.
• Have a basic understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON and REST-based applications.
• Experience/Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other similar databases.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Understanding of building applications deployed on the cloud using Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experienced in JS-based build /Package tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Webpack and NPM.
• Previous experience working in a product ecosystem will be a huge advantage!
