Job Requirements:

• 4+ years (Analyst) / 5+ years (Senior Analyst) in backend engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Experience with AWS cloud services and modern SDLC practices.
• Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, Clean Code).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, and API security.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and production support.
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and support REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to Supergraph architecture, schema design, federation, and service integration.
• Develop secure-by-default services implementing authentication and authorization controls.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Perform code reviews and participate in design discussions.
• Build, test, deploy, and support services in AWS environments.
• Implement observability, monitoring, reliability, and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and pre-production issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• For Senior Analysts, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and lead complex backend initiatives.
