Backend Engineer Java/Spring Boot

Skills we need

• Strong Java/Spring Boot fundamentals — REST APIs, microservices, JPA/Hibernate
• Ability to design complex systems
• PostgreSQL and Redis working knowledge; Kafka and AWS/EKS a plus
• Comfort with production systems: debugging, monitoring, performance
• High Velocity AI-native development
• Freshers with exceptional fundamentals welcome; production internship experience valued over pedigree
