Backend Engineer - Business Platform

Hello Aspirants, We're hiring a Backend Engineer with expertise in the Lending domain (LOS/LMS) for one of our Fintech clients based in Baner, Pune.

Position : Backend Engineer

Total Exp : 4+ years

Mandate skills : Java, Springboot, Microservices architecture, LOS or LMS system

Location : Pune

Work Mode : 5 days a week from Office

Mode of Hire : Permanent with Client

JOB Description Must Have: 4+ years in backend engineering Strong hands-on in Java + Spring Boot + Microservices Experience in fintech,

lending systems (LOS/LMS/workflows) Hands-on experience in

Loan Origination / Loan Management systems Experience building REST APIs (OpenAPI) with versioning & backward compatibility discipline Hands-on with Kafka/SQS Strong in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) + Redis (caching/use cases) Experience implementing EMI / interest / financial logic with precision & rounding handling

Good To Have: Experience integrating CIBIL / Equifax / CRIF APIs Built systems with audit trails, RBI/regulatory awareness Experience in repayment, collections, overdue workflows Consumed ML model outputs (credit scoring, risk models) in backend Experience with OpenAPI-first design, API contracts across teams Experience in code reviews, mentoring, setting engineering standards Actively manages tech debt backlog & refactoring Exposure to advanced backend design patterns Experience with Drools or similar rule engines 📩
