Backend Engineer - Builder

We are looking for a hands-on Builder of Backend Engineering to design, develop, and scale reliable backend systems that power our AI-driven marketing platform.

This is an ownership-oriented engineering role for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, designing scalable systems, and building products end-to-end. We value engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and a strong builder mindset over conventional job titles.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable backend services and APIs.
• Solve complex engineering problems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to low-level design and, for experienced candidates, high-level system architecture.
• Build and improve backend infrastructure supporting AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, engineering efficiency, and product quality.
