About The Role We are seeking Junior Backend Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining core backend systems that handle millions of transactions daily. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust APIs and backend solutions. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should have 1-2 years of backend development experience with any modern programming language such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, or Scala. A strong understanding of building and scaling distributed systems, along with experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and Docker, is essential. Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English are required to collaborate effectively within our global team. Bonus points include frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js), startup experience, and a problem-solving mindset that drives innovative solutions.
