Backend Developer

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Django framework.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and data models.
• Integrate backend systems with third-party services and e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure and reliable code.
• Write clean, reusable, and documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework
• Experience working on any e-commerce platform (Magento, Shopify, Akinon, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Proficient with SQL Server or any RDBMS
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of web security best practices

Preferred:

• Experience with Akinon platform (added advantage)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
