Backend Developer - UIDAI, Bengaluru

Location - Technology Centre, Bengaluru

Educational Qualification - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Relevant technical certifications preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in backend software development with expertise in microservices architecture.
• Experience with digital identity, authentication, or secure data processing systems preferred.

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL).

Secondary Skills:

• Familiarity with security standards, encryption, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Profile

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, architects, and QA teams.
• Write unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Provide support for CI/CD pipeline integration and production troubleshooting.
