Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO + 2 Days WFH

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Python skills to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications and REST APIs using Python.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Design and integrate APIs with frontend applications.
• Work with databases and perform CRUD operations.
• Debug and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other technical teams.
• Follow coding standards and best development practices.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Good understanding of REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
• Understanding of Docker.
• Exposure to authentication, API security, and deployment practices.
