About the Role We are looking for Backend Developers (Go) across multiple experience levels to build highly scalable backend systems powering mission-critical fintech and compliance products. You will work on distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data-intensive applications serving enterprise customers worldwide. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex backend challenges and building reliable, high-performance software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Build high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop distributed systems capable of handling large-scale enterprise workloads.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and platform teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Design and optimise databases, caching layers, and backend infrastructure.
• Build integrations with third-party financial services and enterprise platforms.
• Improve application performance, observability, monitoring, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.

Required Skills

• 1–7 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building fintech, payments, compliance, or risk management products.
• Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in product startups or high-growth engineering teams.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications or modern backend platforms is a plus.
