Backend Developer / DevOps Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain, scale, and monitor cloud infrastructure, serverless workloads, and relational databases under heavy production traffic.
• Build, optimize, and secure REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization workflows, and automated rollouts.
• Implement performance monitoring, caching strategies, load balancing, and incident response protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

• Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS / Express, Python, or Go.
• Databases & Caching: PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis, and database query optimization/indexing.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX, PM2, and Cloudflare.
• Message Queues / Streaming (Plus): Kafka, Redpanda, or RabbitMQ.
• Monitoring & Security: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog/Sentry, SSL/TLS management, and API rate limiting.
