Back Office Representative

Job Summary

Alfa KPO is looking for responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Representatives to support day-to-day backend operations and CCTV monitoring activities. The role involves monitoring surveillance footage, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, supporting administrative activities, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, confidentiality, basic computer proficiency, and a disciplined approach to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Maintain surveillance records and prepare accurate daily reports.
• Support backend documentation and administrative activities.
• Update and maintain records using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding incidents and operational updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and reports.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or operational situations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and documentation.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 10+2 qualification required; graduates preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic reporting.
• Basic understanding of CCTV systems and camera monitoring is preferred.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
