Back-Office Operations Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage client interactions and communications effectively.
. Handle mutual fund account openings, KYC processes, and other related documentation.
. Coordinate with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and financial partners regarding ongoing investments.
. Track internal documents, maintain data records, and follow up with respective parties.
. Manage basic social media platforms for brand awareness and client engagement.
. Assist clients with their investments, renewals, and financial queries.
. Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners.
. Occasionally visit clients and partners as required.

Skills & Qualifications:
. Basic understanding of Investments, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
. Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Familiarity with basic social media management.
. Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
. Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.
. Prior experience in financial services will be an advantage.
