Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily operations, data management, documentation, MIS reporting, and internal coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating Excel/Google Sheets, preparing reports, and following up on pending tasks. The role requires good attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities. Freshers with good Excel and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily back-office and operational activities.
• Maintain data, records, documents, and Excel reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Verify customer/merchant information and documentation.
• Support KYC, transaction checking, and reconciliation activities.
• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy of records.
• Handle other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
