Job Summary

Writer Information is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Process Associates to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the BPO/ITES industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat support.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain good communication and customer service standards.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must have completed graduation.
• Degree certificate is mandatory.
• Eligible graduation batches: 2022 to 2026.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in a chat-based customer support process.
• Male candidates only.

Salary

12,000 – 14,000 per month, depending on interview performance and candidate profile.
