Job Description – Claims Processor - Jewellery & Fire/Property Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.
• Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance companies and surveyors.
• Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.
• Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.
• Handle client queries professionally and maintain good communication and rapport with clients.
