Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Transport: Cab Facility Available (within 30 KM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle back-office and non-voice operations through email and chat.
• Perform documentation and document verification accurately.
• Manage KYC-related processes and verify customer information.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for process-related activities.
• Perform background verification (BGV) and ensure required information/documents are validated.
• Review and process documents as per defined guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Handle email and chat communication professionally and effectively.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while processing customer information.

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers who graduated in 2026 can apply.
• Any graduate from streams such as B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Ed, B.Pharm and other relevant graduation backgrounds.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Comfortable working on email and chat-based processes.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a complete back-office / non-voice environment.
